International Affairs Office!

Good students, in response to the growing number of foreign professors, the International Affairs Branch needs to be assisted by a fellow student with the following conditions::

1. You can communicate with a foreign teacher in English.

2. We can use the school shopping system and get acquainted with the school administrative processes.(You can learn if you like.)

3. At least half a day to one day a week can be assisted by the International Affairs Office.
 

Working hours:Daily employment3-8Hours/Week

(Please note for yourself whether there are other workers who may be over the daily recruitment limit if they do not have extra funds.)
 

Work content:

1. Assisting foreign teachers in the processing of funds, correspondence and support services

2. Check, test, double-language school pages and sort out problems. Collapse

4. Other matters of the staff of the Department of International Affairs.

International Affairs Office is recruiting several part-time students.

Hello, students! In response to the increasing number of foreign professors, the International Affairs Office is currently looking for students who meet the following criteria to assist:

1. Proficiency in English for communication with foreign professors.

2. Ability to use the university's procurement system and familiarity with the university's administrative processes (willingness to learn is also acceptable).

3. Availability to work at the International Affairs Office for at least half a day to a full day on a fixed basis every week.

Work hours: Daily hire, 3-8 hours per week

(Please note that applicants should be aware of the possibility of exceeding the daily hire hour limit for other part-time positions. Exceeding this limit may result in the inability to claim additional hours.)

Job responsibilities:
 

1. Assist foreign teachers with expense reimbursement, document procedures, and provide support to various departments.

2. Manage and bilingualize the school's web pages for exams and tests, and compile a collection of questions.

3. Support community activities for foreign professors.

4. Handle other matters for the International Affairs Office's faculty and student group.
