In order to effectively help students understand their career development direction and strengthen their workplace employment-related functions with more goals and motivations, the Ministry of Education launched the "College and College Employment Function Platform-UCAN", which combines career interest exploration and functional diagnosis, based on functions close to industry needs, to increase students' understanding of the workplace, and through functional self-assessment, to have the correct workplace functions and improve personal workplace competitiveness.
