Eligible applicants are first- and second-year university students, aged 18–26, enrolled in four-year bachelor’s degree programs.

First-round registration: October 12–November 13, 2026, via online application and document submission.
Second-round registration: March 15–April 16, 2027, subject to the results of the first round. -
