To manage our schoolDisinfection of campus indoor environment during summer vacation in 2015, it is scheduled to carry out general indoor environmental disinfection in all buildings of the school from August 24 (Monday) to August 28 (Friday), 2020. The detailed implementation schedule is in the attachment. All units are requested to cooperate.

All units are requested to cooperate with the following matters:

1. Please follow the disinfection timetable in the attachment and avoid arranging meetings, courses, construction or other activities to facilitate the smooth progress of the disinfection operation.

2. Please arrange for personnel to stay behind according to the scheduled time to assist manufacturers in opening and closing operations, so as to facilitate access to offices, classrooms, laboratories, research rooms, internship factories and other indoor spaces for disinfection; spaces that have not been opened will not be able to be disinfected.

3. Before construction, please turn off central air conditioning (air conditioning), fire alarms (including smoke sensors) and other equipment, and please properly store or cover drinking water, food and tableware; if you have pets or aquariums, please cooperate in accordance with the announcements.

4. Please do not enter the construction area during construction. After the construction is completed, it is recommended that at least2 hoursAfterwards, depending on the smell and conditions of the site, you can start using it and open doors, windows or air conditioners to enhance ventilation.
