I. To inform the Ministry of Defense of the second class of the 115 University Reserved Military Training Group, the newest and second-graders of the Academy are invited to present their names.

II. The following are the rules governing the training and welfare benefits of the National Army University reserve training group:
(i) Qualifications: 1st and 2nd grades (18-26 years).
(ii) Enrolment period: 16 March to 17 April.
(iii) Studying at their universities and faculties on a regular basis, using Saturday and summer holidays for military training courses, and starting their studies immediately after graduation.
(iv) During the school term, they receive "full support for the tuition fee", "$5,000 for book fees per term" and "$ 12,000 per month for living allowance".
(v) Second Lieutenant at $58,500.
