Qualification:
I. High-level secondary schools and university departments of universities, with no groups of students.
2. The group is registered as a person or team with up to eight participants (excluding performers), each of whom may be named as a director.
3. No non-entrants may be involved in scripts, audio, film, etc., or external productions of films.
Time of event:
The date of the election: from the date of the announcement until 23:59 on Wednesday, 10 July, before the registration of the online contest, and the date of submission of the microfilm and the data on the competition by 23:59 on Monday, 15 July, is not accepted.
Date of Supplement: Those notified of need for supplement must complete the supplement by 2359 hours on Friday, 19 July, and have their initial name signed up successfully.
III. Sessions of the trial: scheduled for mid-August.
