Eligibility (the following conditions need to be met):
(i) University students (excluding extension students, active students, graduate students).
(ii) Persons with the status of "low-income", "low- and middle-income", "special-offer families" (children/students with physical and mental impairments), and applicants through the Acadmic Year, "Associate Program for Vulnerable Students at the Ministry of Education College of Higher Education - Alumni's Grant".
(iii) Pre-senior academic achievement is ranked as the highest 50 per cent and above in the class. "The first year of freshman's year, I'm going to be a senior year.
(iv) No other cold fellowship.
The scheduled opening of applications: 02/10/112 - 11/10/112, all applications may be submitted if they meet the above-mentioned criteria.。
2. Incentives for various types of study (professional, linguistic, career)
Applying for a degree of education: the university students are restricted to apply for a project for persons with special needs if they are graduate students.
1. Reduction of tuition fees: Students with low income, low- and middle-income families, children of physically and mentally impaired persons, children of grandchildren of families in special circumstances, students from indigenous peoples, students with weak education grants from the Ministry of Education
2. Proof must be provided that the examination is conducted through the receipt of a grant:The family has been changed and the students who pass the school test, who are pregnant, give birth or raise children under the age of 3 years.
