Financial literacy is an indispensable capability of modern generations, especially with regard to the concept of investment finance, which is more related to the dynamics of socio-economic development and needs to be brought up to date. The C.O.C.C.C.C.C.C.C.C.C., established in the country in 83 years, has been a unique international financial commodity exchange, in line with the national economic policy, to foster Taiwan’s unique enterprises, develop new commodities, and market exchanges, and actively engage in exchanges with international capital markets. In recent years, the ASC has been active in helping talented young people in the country who are interested in the development of the market, with a deeper understanding of the issues involved, and in interacting with practitioners, offering excellent opportunities to learn, especially through the "BOE-Certificated Young-Screen-Crop Camp" (HEMC), which provides for a science and research competition for students from universities and colleges in the country, and provides an opportunity to learn and use it.

The content of the event and the way the competition is conducted:

Second-stage competition: online and physical finals in sequence
(i) Online competition:The first 10 teams entered the finals of the contest.
(2) Entity finals:The finalists are given a summary of the first game or a revised version of the update to the shop for the finals of the actual (8-12 minutes) and, if they are not present, they will be awarded the "Big Award" order, with less than eight minutes or more of the briefing and a deduction of points in the individual case. VIII. Incentives:
(i) Online competitions:
The top 10 teams will enter the actual finals, and the 22 teams will be selected for the "Big-in-the-Big Award" without participating in the actual finals. If the top 10 teams are not able to participate in the actual finals, they will be added to the actual finals in order of their "into the grand prize" order. The finalists are awarded only a scholarship for the finals and not a "into the best" award.

(ii) The campaigning of the training camp requires that the team participating in the event agree to receive the award, and that the organizers and sponsors be authorized to use it without compensation; the organizers and sponsors have the right to re-print, edit, advertise and broadcast the commercials.
