Article 45 Students who fall under any of the following circumstances shall be dismissed from school:

1. Students who have not completed registration within the due date or who have taken a leave of absence and have not returned to school after the due date.

2. Those who are absent from class for up to 45 hours throughout the semester.

3. Those who fail in conduct performance.

4. Those who have not completed the required courses and credits required by the department of study after the study period has expired.

6. Overseas Chinese students, students from Hong Kong and Macao, foreign students, Mongolian and Tibetan students who have returned to study abroad, students with aboriginal nationality, children of expatriate personnel, and outstanding university sports students who meet the conditions stipulated by the Ministry of Education, students who are recommended for technical excellence, students who are admitted through the admission channel of star classes and elite classes in higher vocational colleges, and overseas graduates of the fifth-year academic system, the number of credits for subjects with failed academic performance during the semester during the semester must reach two-thirds of the total credits taken in that semester.continuousUp to two times (before and after the suspension of study are deemed to be consecutive).

7. Those who have registered in other departments or other schools at the same time without prior application and approval.

8. Those who have seriously violated school rules and are expelled from the school as decided by the Student Rewards and Punishment Review Committee meeting.

9. The number of credits for studying physical education and national defense education and military training courses should be included in the calculation of the number of credits in paragraphs 5 and 6.

However, the provisions of paragraphs 5 and 6 of the preceding paragraph do not apply to students with less than nine semester credits and students with disabilities.
