1. Application qualifications:

(1) Limited to fresh graduates of 104 Academic Year universities and research institutes (including on-the-job classes).

(2) Applicants must possess language proficiency, professional proficiency, information proficiency and other relevant certificates (the date of obtaining the certificate must be during the period of studying at the school), and must attach proof of participation in societies. Certificates obtained during high school vocational education are not included in the review.
 

2. Application period: From now until April 20, please submit the materials to the department for review and then send them to the R&D Office for compilation.
 

3. Application method:

(1) Fill out the "Student 1+4 Project-Certificate Expert Application Form" and attach copies of various ability certification documents.

(2) Paper documents will be sent to the Employment and Alumni Liaison Team of the Research and Development Office after being reviewed by the department. 4. The R&D Office will make the selection based on the difficulty of obtaining the certificate, the degree of compliance with the department's professional capabilities, and the number of certificates. It will also take into account the experience in participating in club activities and select at most 2 outstanding candidates. Each will be awarded a bonus of RMB 20,000 and will be commended at the graduation ceremony.
