The 2025 Sustainability Teaching Practice and Outcomes Competition, organized by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy, is now accepting entries.

To raise the quality of university teaching in sustainable development and improve student learning outcomes, the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy is organizing the 2025 Sustainability Teaching Practice and Outcomes Competition. Through this exchange, the Institute hopes to encourage university faculty to integrate the SDGs into their courses — spanning professional knowledge, industry-academia projects, and service learning — so that students gain sustainability knowledge and skills, narrow the gap between study and practice, and develop a deeper understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Full-time and adjunct faculty teaching courses at any university or college in AY 112–113 are cordially invited to enter.
Entries may be individual or team-based, with a maximum of five members per team.

● Registration: Monday, 17 March 2025 to Sunday, 8 June 2025
● Preliminary round — shortlist announcement: Monday, 14 July 2025
● Final round — submission of outcome materials: Monday, 4 August 2025 to Monday, 25 August 2025
● Final round — outcome presentation: Wednesday, 3 September 2025
● Award ceremony: mid to late November 2025
