More than seventy years have passed since Harvard University established the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in 1953. In today's rapidly changing environment, how a practice-oriented doctoral degree should design its curriculum and deliver value is a question worth examining.

The College of Management at Yuan Ze University, host of the NIBES international conference, will hold a DBA Leadership Summit during the conference, focusing on the development strategy and future direction of the DBA degree.

Distinguished scholars including Professor Shih-Chun Hsu and Professor Se-Hwa Wu have been invited to speak. Through dialogue among DBA program directors from across Taiwan, the summit aims to map out a more forward-looking and practically valuable path for the DBA degree.
