1. Application period: from 08:00 on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 to 16:00 on Friday, 18 September 2026.

2. Please apply via the University Single Sign-On Portal → Popular Applications → Parking Permit Application.

3. For general students, a lottery will be held after 16:00 on Friday, 18 September 2026. The list of successful applicants and the waiting list will be posted on the Office of General Affairs homepage; places will continue to be filled from the waiting list up to a total of 100.

4. Payment must be completed by 17:00 on 29 September 2026.
