• Examination subjects: Seminar on Management Theory or Seminar on Practical Issues in Taiwanese Enterprises — choose one. The examination may be taken in written or oral form.

• Format and schedule:

Option 1: Written examination

(1) Application deadline: Wednesday, 15 October 2025.

(2) Announcement of examination questions: by Thursday, 30 October 2025 (examiners appointed by the Program Director).

(3) Submission of written report: by Monday, 2 March 2026 (adjusted to 2 March because of the 28 February holiday).

[The written report should address the management theory, practical issues, proposed solutions, managerial implications, and innovation relevant to the textbook questions, case study, or industry-academia project proposal.]

Option 2: Oral examination

(1) Submission of a complete corporate case study report: by Wednesday, 15 October 2025.

(2) Oral presentation: by Friday, 9 January 2026 (three faculty members of the College will be appointed by the Program Director to conduct the oral examination and grading).
