◆ Who must pay: graduate students, extended-study undergraduates, and undergraduates enrolled in the teacher education program.

◆ Payment period: from now until 31 March 2025 (inclusive).

◆ Viewing and printing the invoice: log in to the Bank of Taiwan Tuition Portal and select [Query] Credit Fee.

1. Logging in to the Bank of Taiwan Tuition Portal (do not modify the identifier):
   ※ Collection category: 111682
   ※ National ID number: including the letter in uppercase (10 characters)
   ※ Student ID: including the letter in uppercase (9 characters)
   ※ Identifier: your date of birth in ROC format, e.g. 099/01/01 should be entered as 0990101 (7 digits).
   ※ CAPTCHA: randomly generated

2. Students with an approved student loan need not pay. Amounts will be calculated in early May; those with a shortfall will be notified to pay the difference, while overpayments will be returned to the bank or refunded to the student's account.
3. Students with a fee reduction (or from disadvantaged households) have already had the eligible amount deducted; no further refund applies. Some students with partial reductions will not receive an invoice because of a low credit load.
4. Second-year master's and second-year doctoral students are charged an additional 3 credits for "Thesis".
5. Please pay through one of the channels below within the deadline; payments made through these channels are recorded in the Bank of Taiwan system, whereas on-campus payments are not. The Cashier Section counter accepts cash only.
6. Extended-study undergraduates taking 10 or more credits must pay full tuition and fees.
7. Please retain your payment receipt for reference.
8. Reconciliation takes at least 2–7 working days; please pay early so that payment can be confirmed.

◆ Payment channels

1. Bank of Taiwan counter: pay in cash with your invoice at any Bank of Taiwan branch.
2. ATM or online ATM: select [Payment]; the NT$30,000 limit does not apply. Retain the transaction record.
3. Convenience stores: pay with your invoice at 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, or OK Mart. Retain the receipt; maximum amounts follow each chain's rules.
4. UnionPay card: via the Bank of Taiwan Tuition Portal, select [UnionPay Payment] on the left.
5. Credit card: via the Bank of Taiwan Tuition Portal, select [Credit Card Payment] on the left.
6. Taiwan Pay: scan the "Taiwan Pay" QR code on the invoice.
7. iPASS Money, PXPay Plus, icash, JKOPay, EasyWallet: scan the three-segment barcode in the convenience store section at the bottom right of the invoice.
