1. Online application period: from the first day of classes, 9 September 2024, to 15 December 2024.

2. Deadline for holding the examination and submitting original score reports: once the application is approved, up to 31 January 2025. The summary score sheet and individual score sheets must reach the Curriculum and Instruction Section of the Office of Academic Affairs by 5:00 p.m. on 31 January 2025. For examinations held during the national holidays from 25 to 31 January 2025, score submission is deferred to the following Monday.

3. Deadline for online withdrawal: 31 January 2025. Students unable to complete the degree examination by the deadline must withdraw their application for that semester before the examination deadline. Failure to either withdraw or hold the examination will be recorded as one failed attempt (under Article 61 of the University Academic Regulations, the maximum score for a retake is 70 and only one retake is permitted).

5. Online application system: University homepage / Single Sign-On Portal / Academic Affairs Information System / Graduate Thesis / "Application for Graduate Degree Examination" and "Print (Withdraw) Certification and Score Sheet".

6. The "Print (Withdraw) Certification and Score Sheet" interface allows students to revise their thesis title until the oral examination results are submitted. Students must verify their title carefully: under University regulations, once the results are submitted and recorded, neither the Chinese nor the English thesis title may be changed.
